Chilli Green - हरी मिर्च

Green chili is a staple of Indian diets. Sliced, chopped, Slit or diced, we presently have to add a few green chilies to put in that tang to our food and with no those dishes seem incomplete. It is rich in Vitamin A & C, and has Vitamin E, some B vitamins, potassium & iron.

The burn experienced by eating chili helps digestion, burns a lot of calories by increasing body's metabolism, and decreases your appetite to some extent. The capsaicin in chilies is an anti-inflammatory and a natural pain reliever. The hotter the chili the more capsaicin it’s contains.
